About Brian

Brian represents individuals in personal injury and complex litigation matters. He has worked on cases that resulted in multi-million-dollar verdicts for individuals, large class action resolutions on behalf of thousands of families, and significant consumer protection recoveries for the Commonwealth of Kentucky. He has also handled cases involving car accidents, nursing home negligence, contract disputes, product liability, and whistleblower claims.

Brian began his career as an engineer before turning to law. He started practicing in 2007 and began representing individuals in 2011. He earned his undergraduate degree in civil engineering from Auburn University, graduating summa cum laude, and his law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law. He later served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable William H. Pryor Jr. on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.

Brian is admitted to practice in Kentucky and Alabama. Rather than representing large corporations, he chose to focus his work on individuals and families.

When he is not working or traveling for a case, Brian enjoys spending time at home with his four children.

Education

While in law school, Brian served on the managing board of the Virginia Law Review and was elected to the Order of the Coif, an honor reserved for graduates in the top ten percent of their class.
